Q.    Does Alphanumeric Group Inc. charge a fee for candidates searching for a new position?
A.    No,  A candidate applying for new employment opportunities through AGI  will never be charged a fee of any kind. Our fees are paid by the client company that hires the candidate and do not affect the consideration of the candidate. 
Q.     Why should I use Alphanumeric Group Incorporated to find a new position?
A.    Finding a new job is essentially a full time job. Most candidates are currently employed while looking for a new opportunity. Our experienced search professionals possess a solid understanding of the high technology, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology  industries. We maintain close professional relationships with our clients and have built a level of trust with them.  Our executive search professionals will assist you in your job search by presenting new opportunities to you.  Instead of just submitting  your C-V/resume to the client as you and many other search firms do, we provide verbal presentations of your qualifications, set up phone and face to face interviews,  prepare you for your interview by providing insight into the client and the type of candidate they are looking for and negotiate compensation issues on your behalf.
Q.    I am concerned about confidentiality. I don't want my current employer to know I am looking for a new job. How do you handle this?
A. We fully understand the importance of confidentiality while conducting a job search. For that reason, AGI maintains a corporate confidentiality policy to which we strictly adhere. A candidate's C-V/resume will never be submitted for an open position without first obtaining permission from the candidate. We will provide details pertaining to the job opening as well as the hiring company. If the candidate is interested and gives us permission, only then will we submit his/her paperwork with our letter of recommendation to the hiring company.
